Tops Deals under $275k in the Mount Snow area

So rather than look at new listings, this week I decided to simply put together a list of my top deals in the Mount Snow area under $275,000. Mind you, there are a lot of deals in every price bracket right now, but under $275k seems to be the most sought after price range. What classifies as a deal? A property that has been on the market a long time, has had significant price reductions, appears to have highly motivated sellers, and is finally at a grab-and-go price.

Out of this list, I’d say my absolute top picks would be the 2 bedroom on Haystack Rd. in Wilmington, the 3 bedroom on Brickhouse Rd. in Whitingham on Lake Whitingham, and the home overlooking Spruce Lake on East Hill Rd. in Wilmington.
