So finally an update after the holidays. Our market has been slow but steady through the holidays with not as many sales, but plenty of interested buyers. At some point it seems there will be a surge but all we can do is hope that it is sooner rather than later. In the meantime, with the rates where they are, it is still a great time to buy as sellers are more motivated than ever.
