#1 Volume Agent in Southern Vermont
2010-2018 #1 Volume Agent in Southern VT
Adam Palmiter has lived in Southern Vermont and the Mount Snow region since he moved from Alaska in 1985, providing him with an intimate knowledge of the area.
He graduated from Colgate University and started a web/graphic design company, in 2004, after long days in front of the computer screen working with pixels instead of people, Adam decided to give the family business a try...
Much to his own surprise, he loved it and has since successfully applied his strong work ethic and background in marketing and computer technology to the everchanging landscape of real estate to become the #1 sales volume agent n the region every year since 2010. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and specializes in Waterfront Property, Luxury Homes, Trailside Condos and Townhomes, and Country Estates. Regardless of price, he treats every deal with the same professionalism, prompt communication, and personal touch.
He currently resides in Wilmington with his wife, Ashley, children, Harper and Graham, and doodles, Willow and Oliver, and stays busy outside of work as an avid golfer, skier, swimmer, and fitness fan after losing 75 lbs himself. He is actively involved in charitable work including the High Fives Foundation helping athletes with life altering injuries a well as the Wilmington Flood Fund which he created and raised over $500,000 to support local businesses devastated by Hurricane Irene. He donates a portion of every paycheck to charity. Thanks to his community involvement he won the 2013 Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year Award and the 2016 Realtor of the Year Award, and was the 2016-2017 Board President for the Southern VT Board of Realtors. Adam is a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors.
