Mount Snow Area Towns — Real Estate in the Deerfield Valley & Southern Vermont

Towns We Serve — The Deerfield Valley & Southern Vermont
The Mount Snow region spans a collection of distinct Southern Vermont towns, each with its own character, price point, and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a ski condo steps from the lifts, a lakefront retreat, a private Vermont homestead, or a historic village property, you’ll find it somewhere in the Deerfield Valley.

Adam Palmiter has been selling real estate across all of these towns since 2004 and knows the nuances of each market intimately — which roads flood in spring, which neighborhoods have the best rental income, which towns are appreciating fastest, and where the off-market opportunities tend to appear.

  • Location: Just north of West Dover on Route 100, approximately 10 minutes from Mount Snow
