We pay for Featured Status on the highest traffic real estate sites including Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia, so that our listings show up before those of other offices. Our listings also receive features on MountSnowPalmiter.com, one of the highest locally trafficed real estate sites, BerkleyVeller.com, and hundreds of reciprocal websites. I also modify pictures on a seasonal basis to adjust for our seasonal buyers.
4. Professional Photos, Video, and Drone Footage

I also use a drone for aerial shots, as well as video when warranted.
