We pay for Featured Status on the highest traffic real estate sites including Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia, so that our listings show up before those of other offices. I also modify pictures on a seasonal basis to adjust for our seasonal buyers.

I also use a drone for aerial shots, as well as video when warranted.
